More than just entrepreneurship

On 12 December 2016, the law on the creation of Societal Impact Companies entered into force. This has largely contributed not only to the national recognition of the social and solidarity economy, but also to the creation of the legal structure necessary for the development of social entrepreneurship. The legal framework are based directly on the principles defined at European level, taking into account the specificities of the national environment.
