The circular economy and the SSE

The research project called Economie sociale : Levier de l'économie circulaire en Grande Région ("Social economy: a lever of the circular economy in the Greater Region") aims at identifying strategic development paths for the social and solidarity economy sector in Luxembourg and beyond its borders.

The White Paper, published on this occasion, defines key concepts, lists the main actors in Luxembourg and in the Greater Region and proposes concrete medium and long-term actions.

In order to ensure resilience in a time of crisis, the Department of Social and Solidarity Economy has made it a priority to speed up the transition towards a more social and circular economy, one that will be able to meet current and future social and societal challenges.
